Houston-area mobile notary
Professional notary service that comes to you.
When getting everyone to an office is inconvenient, we can travel to an agreed Houston-area location to perform eligible Texas notarizations in person under the commissioned name Georg-Ann Flores.

Convenient, in-person service
Meet at the location that works for the signing.
Mobile appointments may be arranged at a home, workplace, hospital, rehabilitation center, assisted-living community, skilled-nursing facility, or another mutually agreed location.
Availability, travel distance, facility access and the number of signers or documents are confirmed before the appointment. Mobile service means the notary travels to the signer; it is not remote online notarization.
Documents commonly presented for notarization
The document must be prepared before the appointment and contain—or be accompanied by—the appropriate notarial certificate. Common requests may include:
- Acknowledgments
- Jurats, sworn statements, oaths and affirmations
- Affidavits and declarations
- Powers of attorney and estate-planning documents prepared by the signer or an attorney
- Business agreements, authorizations and corporate documents
- Real-estate, title and loan-related documents
- Vehicle and ownership documents
- Certified copies of eligible non-recordable documents
Before the appointment
- Have the complete document available, with no missing pages or unfilled required information.
- Do not sign until you confirm whether the signature must be made in the notary’s presence.
- Make sure every required signer is present, willing and able to communicate directly.
- Bring a current, acceptable government-issued identification document.
- Arrange any required witnesses in advance and confirm whether they need identification.
- Know which notarial act or certificate the document issuer requires.
A clear appointment process
Know what to expect before the notary arrives.

Complete the notarization
The notary verifies identity, willingness and the required personal appearance before completing the eligible notarial act.
Important limitations
A notary verifies the act—not the legal effect of the document.
A Texas notary public may perform authorized notarial acts but cannot prepare legal documents, select the notarial certificate for a signer, determine whether a document meets the signer’s legal needs, or provide legal advice. If the document does not contain the correct certificate, the signer must obtain direction from the document issuer or a licensed attorney.
Recordable vital and court documents—including birth certificates, marriage licenses, death certificates and divorce decrees—must be obtained as certified copies from the government agency that maintains the record.
